Notification of Waiver of Fees for Sri Lanka Flood Relief by National Exchange

Pursuant to a request from the Embassy of Sri Lanka in Rome, the National Exchange Company SRL, has as a gesture of support and solidarity with Sri Lanka in the aftermath of the Cyclone Ditwah, agreed to waive fees for donations sent to two designated Sri Lanka LK Rupee Bank Accounts of the Sri Lanka Government towards relief efforts from their National Exchange agents in Italy from 3rd December 2025 until 15th January 2026.

Accordingly, the Embassy wishes to inform that any funds sent to Sri Lanka towards the Flood relief to the following accounts, through the National Exchange, will be exempt of any fees up to 15th January 2026.

As of 4th December 2025, the National Exchange has facilitated the donation of Euro 20,826.84 to Sri Lanka.
