The above-mentioned vehicle is overall in running condition and well maintained. It will be available for inspection at the Embassy Premises located at Via Adige, No. 02, Rome, between 10.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. from Monday to Friday up to 15th May 2021.

Starting Price
The offer price shall be higher than the tender starting price of EUR. 2,700.00. Each increase in the offer must be of Euro 20.00 to be added to the starting price.

How to make an offer
The following procedure are to be strictly adhered to in order to make a valid offer. Failing to comply will result in the annulment of the offer and the bidding will be discarded.

The Bidders must send the following:
a. Duly completed and signed offer form (Annex I)
b. A photocopy of the Italian Identity Card and the Codice Fiscale, Passport (if available) and stay permit (if not an Italian Citizen) should be attached with the offer submission form

Closing date
i. The quotation will be closed on 15th May 2021 at 14:30 hrs. and the quotations received after the deadline will be rejected and not considered for evaluation.
ii. Offers shall be submitted only through registered mail on or before the deadline to: The Embassy of Sri Lanka, Via Adige 2, Rome- 00198
iii. Offers shall be sent in sealed envelope, bearing the caption “OFFER FOR CAR SALE” on the left-hand corner and the address of the Embassy indicated above.
iv. Offers must be expressed in numbers and letters. In case of differences between the two, the highest value will be retained.
v. The Embassy of Sri Lanka- Rome, Italy reserves the right to reject any quotation.

Acceptance of the Bid Offer
i. The above-mentioned motor vehicle will be assigned to the highest offered bid,
ii. In case of multiple offers equivalent to the highest bid, in order to assign the vehicle, the Embassy reserves itself the right to seek from those bidders
iii. In case only one bid is received, The Embassy reserves itself the right to either accept such bid or to recall the bids for offer again in the near future.

The applied government taxes related to this sale shall be borne entirely by the awarded bidder and the winner of the bid will be duly notified by an official communication from the Embassy, requesting him/ her to pay the accepted offer amount by bank transfer to the Embassy bank account within 07 days.

The vehicle transfer will be processed after the full payment and winner has to remove the vehicle from the full payment. The CD Registration number plate is not allowed when removing the vehicle.

ආරම්භක මිළ

මිළ ගණන් ඉදිරිපත් කිරීමේ ක්‍රමවේදය
පහත සඳහන් උපදෙස් වලට අනුකූල නොවන හෝ අවශ්‍යතාවයන් සම්පූර්‍ණ නොකල මිල ගණන් ප්‍රතික්ෂේප කරනු ලැබේ.
අ) ලංසු අයදුම් පත්‍රය (ANNEX I) නිසි පරිදි සම්පූර්‍ණ කර අත්සන් සහිතව ඉදිරිපත් කල යුතුය.
ආ) ඉතාලි හැඳුනුම්පතේ පිටපතක් සහ ඉතාලි පුරවැසියෙකු නොවන්නේ නම් වලංගු විදේශ ගමන් බලපත්‍රයේ ඡායා පිටපතක් සහ ඉතාලියේ රැඳී සිටීමේ බලපත්‍රයේ ඡායා පිටපතක් සහ කෝඩිස් ෆිස්කාලේ (Codice Fiscale) ඡායා පිටපතක් මිළ ගණන් ඉදිරිපත් කිරීමේ ආකෘතිය සමග ඉදිරිපත් කළ යුතුය.

මිළ ගණන් ඉදිරිපත් කල යුතු කාල සීමාව
අ) 2021 මැයි මස 15 දින ප.ව. 02.30ට මිළ කැඳවීමේ කාල සීමාව අවසන් වන අතර එම කාල සීමාවට පසුව ඉදිරිපත් කරන මිළ ගණන් ප්‍රතික්ෂේප කරණු ලැබේ.
ආ) මිළ ගණන් ඉදිරිපත් කිරීම ලියාපදිංචි තැපැල් මගින් පමණක් The Embassy of Sri Lanka, Via Adige 2, Rome- 00198 යන ලිපිනයට එවිය යුතුය.
ඇ) මිළ ගණන් ඉදිරිපත් කරන ලිපි කවරයේ වම්පස ඉහල කෙලවරේ “OFFER FOR CAR SALE” යනුවෙන් සඳහන් කර මුද්‍රා තබන ලද ලිපි කවරය ඉහත ලිපිනයට ලියා පදිංචි තැපැල් මගින් පමණක් ඉදිරිපත් කල යුතුය.
ඈ) මිළ ගණන් ඉදිරිපත් කිරීමේදී අකුරින් සහ ඉලක්කමෙන් යන දෙයාකාරයෙන්ම මිළ සඳහන් කල යුතු අතර වෙනසක් ඇතොත්, සඳහන් ඉහල මිල ගණන් ඉදිරිපත් කර ඇති ඉහල මිළ ලෙස සලකණු ලැබේ.
ඉ) ඉදිරිපත් කර ඇති මිළ ගනන් ප්‍රතික්ෂේප කිරීමේ සම්පූර්‍ණ අයිතිය රෝමයේ ශ්‍රී ලංකා තානාපති කාර්‍යාලය සතුවේ.

මිළ ගණන් පිලිගැනීම
අ) ඉහත වාහනය ඉහලම මිළ ඉදිරිපත් කරනු ලබන ලංසුකරු වෙත ලබා දෙනු ඇත.
ආ) එකම මිළක් සඳහන් ලංසු එකකට වඩා ඇති විට වාහනය ලබා දීමේ අවසාන නිගමනය තානාපති කාර්‍යාලය විසින් තීරණය කරණු ලැබේ.
ඇ) මිළ ගණන් එකක් පමණක් ලැබුණ හොත් එම මිළ භාර ගැනීම හෝ නැවත නුදුරු දිනක මිළ ගණන් කැඳවීමේ හෝ සම්පූර්‍ණ අයිතිය ශ්‍රී ලංකා තානාපති කාර්‍යාලය සතුවේ.

ඉදිරිපත් කර ඇති මිළ ගණන් පිළිගතයොත් ඒ පිළිබඳව ලංසු කරු දැනුවත් කරන අතර එසේ දැනුවත් කිරීමෙන් පසු දින හතක් ඇතුලත ඔහු විසින් තානාපති කාර්‍යාලයේ නිල බැංකු ගිණුමට සම්පූර්‍ණ මුදුල ගෙවිය යුතුය (Bank Transfer) මිලදී ගැනීමේදී ගෙවිය යුතු බදු මුදල්/ ගාස්තු සම්පූර්‍ණයෙන්ම මිලදී ගන්නා විසින් දැරිය යුතුය.

සම්පූර්‍ණ මුදල ගෙවීමෙන් අනතුරුව වාහනයේ අයිතිය මාරු කිරීමේ කාර්‍ය කල හැකි අතර මුදල් ගෙවා දින හතක් ඇතුලත වාහනය ඉවත් කර ගත යුතුය. තානාපති කාර්‍යාලයේ ලියාපදිංචි අංකය සහිතව වාහනය ඉවත් කරගෙන යාමට ඉඩ දෙනු නොලැබේ.
